Let's work together to create a more inclusive community.What you will doProvide personalised support to clients in accordance with their individual support plansWork a variety of shifts including active nights, sleepovers, weekdays, and weekendsAssist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication managementSupport the team in facilitating community participation and social activitiesSupport clients in developing life skills and promoting independenceMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentationWhat you will bringMinimum Certificate III in Individual Support or aboveA passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisationHold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a current Class C Driver LicenceA current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Passport, Birth Certificate,
