UNICA Dining is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their team in Liverpool.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
This is a full time position offering the opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic hospitality organisation.What you'll be doingManage all daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentationLead, motivate and develop a team of servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiencesMonitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitabilityCollaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement creative menu ideas and promotionsHandle customer inquiries, complaints and reservations in a professional and timely mannerEnsure compliance with all relevant health,
