Every role in the business contributes to that directly β and this one is no exception.THE ROLEWe're looking for a practical, switched-on Warehouse, Parts & Logistics Coordinator to run our Smeaton Grange warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role β you'll own inwards goods receiving, parts and stock management, outbound dispatch, and the presentation of the facility.We're not looking for someone to follow a task list.
We need someone who notices what's going on, thinks ahead, spots mistakes before they become customer problems, and keeps the warehouse, parts flow, dispatch, and attachment preparation running properly.This role sits at the heart of our NSW customer experience β when an attachment leaves this facility, it needs to be right.WHAT YOU'LL DOInwards Goods & StockReceive, unload, and process all inbound deliveries β components, parts, sub-assemblies, hydraulic fittings, and consumablesCheck deliveries against purchase orders β quantity, part number, and condition β before acceptingReceipt all inwards goods into the ERP/stock system accurately and promptlyQuarantine and flag any damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods immediatelyMaintain accurate stock records and locations β no mystery stock,
no unreceipted deliveriesConduct regular stock cycle counts and support stocktakesCoordinate all outbound dispatch of attachments and parts to customers across NSW and nationallyBook and manage freight carriers β select the right transport for attachment size, weight, and destinationEnsure attachments are correctly packed, protected, and secured for freight before leaving the facilityTrack outbound shipments and follow up on delays, damage claims, or delivery failuresNever dispatch an attachment without QA sign-off confirmationAttachment PreparationAssist with fitting brackets, hoses, fittings, teeth, couplers, decals, and other parts as requiredPrepare attachments for dispatch β clean, complete, checked, and ready for the customerUse basic hand tools confidently and safely β you don't need to be a qualified mechanic, but you need to be practicalFacility & StandardsMaintain the warehouse, yard, and surrounds in a clean, safe, and organised conditionSupport 5S standards β a tidy facility is a productive and safe facilityReport any facility maintenance issues promptlyHelp customers, sales staff, and service staff with parts and dispatch enquiriesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequiredExperience in a warehouse, stores, or manufacturing receiving/dispatch roleAccurate and systematic β counts correctly, checks part numbers, doesn't rush at the expense of accuracyPhysically capable of manual handling, packing, and loading within safe limitsComfortable using computers β stock systems, email, and basic admin toolsReliable, punctual,
