AtBack2Work, you'll aid individuals who face great challenges through unemployment.
You will provide quality therapy and intervention to help individuals get 'job ready'.
In this role, you will:Run onsite clinics delivering evidence-based, practical, and tailored interventions for individuals or groups from teens to older adultsDeliver vocational intervention to increase a job seeker's work readiness, underpinned by work-focused CBTBe responsible for managing your own calendar to meet client expectations and workloadConduct mini-mental health training sessions on site for employment services staffDeliver structured group programs to simulate a work-likeenvironment that assists with setting a sense of purpose for the jobseeker's day, setting a routine, facilitating social interaction, creatingcommunity, increasing physical activity and improving motivationImplement positive strategies to help individuals manage stress, wellbeing and improve confidenceLiaise with local health professionals and services as requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with your key referrers / customersAbout You:If you are entrepreneurial, ambitious and have the desire to assist individuals with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations/ psychosocial challenges, you might just be whoBack2Workare looking for!
This role requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multi and transdisciplinary allied health team.In order to thrive in this role,
