Hygiene Process Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Huon is seeking reliable and hardworking Hygiene Process Operators to join our afternoon cleaning team at our Parramatta Creek Processing Facility, located just 20 minutes from Devonport.
This is a physically demanding role that plays a critical part in maintaining our food safety and quality standards.
About the role
Starting at 3:00 pm, you'll work as part of our Hygiene Team, carrying out intensive cleaning of processing equipment and production areas to ensure the site is ready for the next day's operations.
This role involves:
Industrial cleaning of processing equipment and factory areasManual handling and repetitive physical workLifting and carrying items up to 25kgWorking safely with cleaning chemicals and equipmentFollowing food safety, hygiene and WHS proceduresWorking as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for
To be successful you'll have:
A current Forklift Licence (essential)Previous hygiene,
