An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time experienced Trust Account Manager.Role Requirements:To be successful in this role you will require:Minimum of 5 years Trust Accounting experienceProficient in Released software (or similar)Current experience in Trust Accounting is essentialMaintaining the Property Management and Sales Trust AccountA friendly and proactive customer service approachConfidence in problem solvingProficient with current AML legislationYour duties will include:Daily receipting and reconciliation of the trust accountManagement and recording of transactions associated with property salesMid and End of month processingPreparation of documents for auditsTrust Account related AdminQCAT lodgementsAbout You:A team player but can also work autonomouslyHighly organised and have strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieveExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsPride in your presentation and qualified attireAbility to multitask & prioritisePlease note that this is a full-time, office-based role.
