About the role: Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a solid pipeline of projects across South East Queensland.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of multi-residential developments from planning through to construction and completion.Working closely with the Development Manager and Head of Property, this role offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to progress their career within a hands‐on, vertically integrated development business.Duties:Assist with the management of residential development projects from feasibility through to deliveryCoordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and other key stakeholders throughout the development processSupport planning approvals, due diligence investigations and project reportingMonitor project programmes, budgets, risks and timelinesAssist with feasibility analysis,
