You will lead Accommodation operations, including Reception, Housekeeping and Concierge, to ensure high service standards for Members and their guests.You will manage budgets, monitor housekeeping quality, train staff and coordinate rosters, while maintaining strong data accuracy and compliance.
The role requires fluent English and exceptional organisational skills.
