Primo are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our dedicated onsite team in Chullora.
You will directly contribute to the reliability, safety and efficiency of our production lines through proactive, planned maintenance.
This role offers an opportunity for work/life balance with no rotating roster.
Choose the shift that works for you:
Day shift:Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pmAfternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 11pm
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipmentComplete activities for production startups and/or shutdownConduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineeringStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsWork with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasksWork with our planners and automation technicians to ensure lines are efficient and productive every day
What You'll Bring




Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)Food manufacturing or industrial industry experience (preferred)Technical expertise on process/packaging equipment and pneumatic systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude
