Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster ConsultantWe are currently seeking Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster Consultant's to join our team at Alliance Nursing in Brisbane, Queensland.
This is a casual position, offering flexibility in your working hours.
With this role, you will play a key role in supporting our nursing team and ensuring they are scheduled effectively to meet the needs of our clients.Key responsibilitiesManage the daily allocation of nursing staff to client sitesMaintain up-to-date records of nursing staff availability, skills and qualificationsCommunicate with nursing staff to coordinate shift coverage and respond to last-minute changesLiaise with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure appropriate nurses are assignedIdentify and resolve any staffing issues or concerns in a timely mannerSupport the nursing team with general administrative tasks as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service, call centre or rostering role, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and nursing staffExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities,
