Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering day‐to‐day gardening and maintenance services across our property portfolio.Role Responsibilities:Whipper snipping, mowing, and edgingPruning, detailing,



and general garden upkeepWeed control and garden maintenanceIrrigation troubleshooting and basic maintenanceGeneral building maintenanceOperation of gardening and grounds maintenance equipmentMinor servicing and care of gardening equipmentContributing to a safe working environment across all sitesAssisting with minor maintenance and cleaning tasks as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience as a gardener or grounds personCurrent manual Driver's LicencePhysically fit and capable of performing outdoor dutiesAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and a genuine interest in gardeningWillingness to learn and develop recent skillsCalm and capable when working in occasionally stressful situationsClear and effective communication skillsHas a "can do" attitude and is happy to help out across the team
