and help deliver projects that make a genuine impact across the business.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Learning & Development while gaining valuable exposure to capability, reward, leadership development, employee engagement, and broader People & Culture initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate learning and development programs across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast AsiaSupport leadership development and capability initiatives across the businessMaintain learning pathways, training records, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate, onboarding, and early careers programsAssist with remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward initiativesSupport employee recognition and engagement programsPrepare reports and provide insights on learning participation, capability, and reward activitiesWork closely with leaders to coordinate training and development opportunitiesAssist with employee wellbeing, talent, and capability projectsIdentify opportunities to improve learning programs, systems, and employee experiencesAbout YouYou're organised, proactive, and passionate about helping people develop their skills and reach their potential.You enjoy building relationships, coordinating projects, and finding better ways to deliver great outcomes.You'll bring:Experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, People & Culture, Training,



or a similar roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and confidence working with data and reportingStrong Microsoft Office and systems capabilityA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learnA genuine passion for learning, people development, and creating a great employee experienceExposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), remuneration processes, employee recognition, onboarding, or HR systems will be highly regarded but isn't essential.Why Join Aptella?
