An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Dietary Aide to work at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital on a causal basis.
The role includes the identification and communication of special dietary needs to the Dietician and performing nutritional support tasks for patients within the Hospital as required by the Dietician.Duties include but are not limited to:Checking computerised ward bed listsPreparation and delivery of suitable menus to patientsAssisting patients with choicePrinting chef's listAwareness of patients with special dietary needsCheck therapeutic meals stockOur team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay's high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude by creating a friendly, caring and comfortable environment for its patients.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will be a qualified Diet Aide with a passion for culinary preparation and service.
Ideally, you will bring experience within a clinical setting or in preparing food for medical patients.
Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle high volume catering workflows will be key to this role.Certificate qualifications in Dietary Practices,
