Silverstrand is seeking multiple experienced Excavator Operators to become a key part in shaping the future of our business alongside an experienced team.Multiple Locations - Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Ipswich.RIW Rail Cards required for Sunshine coast projectOperating 14T - 38T Machines, Final Trim works, GPS use (Topcon/ Trimble), Benching/ shoring, Loading/ unloading trucks, Bulk earthworks, Trenching, etc.This role is responsible for (but not limited to):Excavator Operations - trench work, back filling, GPS and final trim workAbility to work directly from plansSafely dogging suspended loads accuratelyRigging and securing loads for excavator placementsWorking safely around high-risk machineryGeneral labouring and trade assistant work as requiredAbility to read and understand plansEnsuring compliance with site safety & environmental requirementsSkills/Experience requiredExcavator RII TicketConstruction Induction White CardMinimum 5 years proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projectsOther machine tickets desirable - (HR, Skid steer, Roller,
