provide clear and defined career pathways; where you can protect biodiversity, restore habitat and build a legacy.About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, large-scale environmental projects across Central Queensland.This role provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.The role is also accountable for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business growth and operational excellence.Ideally, the PM will have Ecological Consultancy experience or knowledge with local networks and team leadership capabilities.This is a rare opportunity to join a respected consultancy improving the ecosystems of Australia.What you will doLead end-to-end delivery of complex environmental and land management projects from planning through to completion.Develop and implement project strategies, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
