Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you will manage the full function of Accounts Payable (AP) and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full function of Accounts Payable (AP)
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure purchase orders, receipts, and payments are aligned
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
Prepare and process billing accurately and on time




Support the finance team with general administration or ad-hoc finance projects as needed
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience managing AP and assisting with AR
Experience using Xero accounting software is ideal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be available to work 5 days per week in the office
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Must be an Australian citizen or have Australian permanent residency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as a team
