overseeing & motivating an internal sales teamBuilding & Maintaining Customer RelationsPrioritise health and safety above all else in the workplaceDeveloping and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed company targets and goals.Building a broad base of 'Active Accounts' to meet company KPI's.Oversee the 'on boarding' of all new customers to build strong relationshipsPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Branch Manager.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Create, attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesThe successful applicant will ideally have:Electrical knowledge or trade background –this is preferable but not essentialCurrent and valid Australian driver's licence is essential.Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, data product ranges as well as experience building business relationships with fellow team members, key accounts, and electrical contractors.Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.CNW offer their Sales Managers a competitivesalary package with a range of benefits.We would like to take this opportunity to thank all applicants for their efforts in applying.
