Vineyard Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated Small Animal Veterinarian to join — and help guide — our friendly, collaborative team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

You'll enjoy a diverse and rewarding caseload including:
Consulting and building robust client relationshipsPerforming routine and advanced surgeries (including soft tissue and orthopaedics)Working up cases with advanced diagnosticsPreventative health and wellness careEmergency and urgent case managementCollaborating closely with skilled nurses and fellow vetsMaintaining high-quality clinical records
Facilities & Workflow:
Clinic hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm consultsAfternoon surgical blockApproximately 12 consults per vet per day when fully booked4 consult rooms for efficient workflowAdvanced equipment including:MyLab X8 high-tech ultrasound machineDigital X-ray with cloud-based imagingSome cases referred to emergency centres after-hoursIVF and reproductive work performed on-siteMostly phone advice with occasional procedures (e.g. caesareans)On-call roster: approx.
1 night per week (pager system)Vet takes phone home for triagePaid after-hours work, including:Call-out fee*****% of professional consult fee per caseCaesareans can be frequent and financially rewarding

About You:
BVSc (or equivalent) with NSW registration (or eligibility)Ideally 3+ years' experience in small animal practiceConfident in both consulting and surgeryStrong communicator and team playerPassionate about high-quality patient care and client relationships
