As our next Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating employment opportunities for participants in our Workforce Australia program.
You'll spend your time building relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and connecting them with job-ready candidates who are looking for meaningful, sustainable employment.This is not a desk-bound sales role.
You'll be out in the community, networking with businesses, growing your employer network and making a real impact every day.What you'll be doing:Building and maintaining relationships with local employers and industry partnersIdentifying and securing new job opportunities across your regionPromoting and marketing suitable candidates to employersWorking closely with Employment Consultants to match participants to vacanciesDeveloping community and business networksProviding interview skills and training to participantsChampioning positive outcomes for both employers and participantsManaging your pipeline and achieving performance targetsWhat we're looking for:You don't need Employment Services experience to be successful, but it helps.We're interested in people who are:Motivated and driven to achieve resultsConfident communicators who enjoy building relationshipsExperienced in sales, recruitment, business development,
