The role plays an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the club.PART TIME - Tuesday to ThursdayKey Responsibilities of the role:Prepare daily trading summariesPrepare daily bankingData entry into accounting programmeProcess accounts payable invoices and weekly payment in line with established proceduresComplete account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records and support routine reportingAbout You:Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracySound numerical and reconciliation skillsComfortable working within structured processes and routinesUnderstanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelReliable, organised, and supportive team memberPrevious experience in a similar role preferredPrevious payroll experience an advantageRSA and RCG Certificates:Possession or the ability to obtain RSA and RCG Certificates (easily attainable online within a day).
