Permanent part-time and full-time opportunities available covering night duty shifts.As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while promoting safety, dignity, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering person-centred mental health care within a supportive clinical setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health disorders.Monitor and assess patients' mental and physical health status.Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.Support patients through therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused interventions.Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with relevant policies and procedures.Ensure patient safety and respond appropriately to clinical risks or incidents.Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled NurseDemonstrated experience in mental health nursing or a strong interest in mental health careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamSound clinical assessment and documentation skillsCommitment to providing compassionate, recovery-oriented careMust have availability to work night shifts across all seven days of the week, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidaysWhat's in it for You?
