Duties and Responsibilities:Management of client enquiries via face to face, email / phoneEnsure customer service remains a priorityHighly organised and able to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines for tasksTrack vessel movements and create/manage boat bookingsProcess quotes, invoices,



and payments accurately (accounts knowledge)Maintain customer records (using marine-specific software)Support day-to-day administrative functions and assist with schedulingCollaborate with team members and ensure smooth operations across the yardSkills & Experience Required:Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service and administrationStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentalityExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent time management abilitiesExperience with invoicing, receipting, and reconciliation of accountsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + database managementAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamA "can-do" attitude with the flexibility to adapt to new challengesFull driver's licenseDesirable Qualifications:Previous experience in the marine industry beneficialKnowledge of accounting software and CRM management systemsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficientlyStrong team playerHighly motivatedHigh attention to detail and high level or accuracy
