You will handle a high volume of phone calls, assist with service enquiries, and ensure all customer interactions are managed with care and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage incoming phone enquiries in a timely and qualified mannerAct as the first point of contact for all customer interactionsAssist both commercial and residential customers with enquiries and service requestsProvide accurate information regarding products,
