The Opportunity
As Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the Residential Aged Care home.
Working closely with your leadership team, you'll ensure residents receive exceptional care while maintaining compliance, operational excellence and a positive workplace culture.
You will:
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
Drive exceptional resident-centred care outcomes
Foster a positive, accountable and engaged workplace culture
Oversee staffing, budgets and operational performance
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
Lead quality improvement and accreditation activities
Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community
Champion continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
About You
You're an experienced aged care leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion and people leadership.
You'll bring:
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
Previous experience leading a Residential Aged Care service
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience overseeing operational performance, compliance and workforce management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Robust leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older Australians
