We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager to provide senior operational and professional leadership across counselling, intake and program delivery within a not-for-profit, women's community services setting.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of protected, high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally safe, feminist, and person-centred services that support the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of women.
The position leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees integrated service delivery systems, and contributes to continuous improvement, service planning, and organisational development.
This role operates with significant autonomy within organisational frameworks and plays a key leadership role in operational performance, compliance, workforce leadership, and service innovation.
SCHADS Award Classification 738 hours per week (Full-time)
About the Role

About Our Service
Blacktown Women's and Girls Health Centre provides specialist,
women-centred health, case management, and community engagement services that support the wellbeing of women and girls in our community.
Our services include domestic and family violence counselling, generalist case management, primary healthcare, and a range of education, prevention, and community engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated service delivery across counselling, intake, and programsOversee intake, triage, waitlists, and client pathways to ensure safe and timely access to servicesProvide operational leadership for program development, delivery, and evaluationManage and support multidisciplinary teams, including supervision, performance development, and workforce planningOversee operational and clinical governance systems (within scope)Ensure compliance with WHS, SCHADS Award, funding agreements, and relevant legislationStrengthen stakeholder relationships and sector collaborationContribute to service planning, funding submissions, and organisational strategyDrive continuous improvement and service innovation
About You
Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, community services, management or related fieldEligibility for professional registration or membership (AASW, PACFA, ACA, AHPRA or equivalent)Demonstrated experience in senior leadership within counselling, intake, or community servicesStrong capability in service delivery management, risk assessment,
and program oversightProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive workplace cultureSound knowledge of compliance frameworks including WHS, SCHADS Award, and funding obligationsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills
