This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values flexibility and wants to make a real impact on both our clients and our internal operations.About the RoleAs Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services to our clients across regional and rural Queensland.
You will also support the smooth running of the practice by assisting with workflow management and team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of accountants and support staffManage a portfolio of clients, including tax compliance, financial reporting, business advisory and BAS/GSTOversee and actively participate in the delivery of client work ("willing to be on the tools")Assist with workflow management,
