About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane construction team.
This is a hands‐on role suited to a confident construction skilled with strong coordination and communication skills.
You'll be the driving force onsite - ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with scopes, legislation, and quality standards.
With a blend of supervision, client liaison, WHS compliance, and on-the-ground problem‐solving.
What You'll Be Doing
Running and coordinating day‐to‐day site operations for insurance repair projects
Making sure work meets scope, quality, construction standards, and WHS requirements
Working with homeowners, trades, and internal teams
Conducting onsite compliance audits and quality control inspections
Managing site documentation, updates,



and records through project management systems
Supporting trade procurement, materials coordination, and variation processes
Representing Ezy Projects professionally on‐site
What You'll Bring
Experience supervising construction projects
Cert IV in Building/Construction or equivalent
Construction Induction Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital project management tools
Previous experience in the insurance building sector (highly regarded)
