About the Chance
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team within the building and construction industry in South Nowra.
Working in a fast-paced Business-to-Business environment, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotes, orders and deliveries while providing professional and reliable support.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a proactive approach to customer service who enjoys working in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be required to:
Professionally respond to customer enquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service
Assist customers with product, pricing and availability enquiries
Prepare, process and manage customer quotes and orders
Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
Liaise with customers,



suppliers, freight companies and internal teams
Follow up outstanding quotes and customer requests
Resolve customer queries by identifying solutions and coordinating the appropriate resources
Support area sales representatives with customer requirements and order management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve effectively
Robust computer skills and confidence learning new systems
Requirements
Previous customer service or administration experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skillsCurrent Driver's Licence
Full Australian working rights
