In this role, you'll lead the technical delivery of a large-scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program.Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end technical delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams spanning payroll, workforce management, people systems, integrations, reporting and data migration.Working closely with implementation partners, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will help drive successful planning, design, testing, deployment and go-live activities while ensuring alignment across all technical streams.This is an exciting chance to contribute to a business-critical transformation that will support thousands of team members across a complex operational environment.What you'll doLead the end-to-end technical delivery of the Payroll and Workforce Management transformation programCoordinate delivery across payroll, workforce management, integrations, reporting, data migration and people systems workstreamsManage program schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and technical governance activitiesPartner with vendors, implementation partners and internal technology teams to ensure successful solution deliveryOversee planning and execution of technical testing, deployment, cutover and go-live activitiesDrive alignment across technical and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery milestones are achievedProvide clear delivery reporting,
