Customer Service Representative & Scheduling
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Plumbing & Electrical business in Sydney.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and helpful attitude.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails from customers and providing excellent service and support
Scheduling appointments and dispatching plumbers & Electricians to client locations
Coordinating with the Plumbing & Electrical team to ensure that work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
Managing customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and invoices
Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:




Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
A friendly and helpfulattitude with a customer-focused approach
Experience in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office, Job Management programs such as Aroflo , ServiceM8 and CRM's preferred not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn about plumbing & Electrical systems and services
A valid driver's license
