As a Supervisor, you'll be the operational heartbeat of your region leading teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance across projects.
You'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home coordination.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing costs for purchase orders and inputting pricing against itemsLiaising with clients, customers and trades throughout projectsProject planning and scheduling with trades and customersBudget and cost management on jobsTrade coordination on project deliveryWeekly client and customer communicationsCompliance and risk management,



carrying out SWMS and JSA compliance with clientsQuality assurance on projectsCost management on projects, invoicing and progress invoicing on projectsAttend onsite meetings with parties when requiredRequirements:Insurance Building Industry history preferred however not a requirementKnowledge of WHS and the NCC/BCAAbility to access and provide roofing reports preferredAbility to work in a team environmentGood problem solving skills and pro active personalityFriendly and personable mannerStrong time management skills and ability to multitaskAustralian Insurance Reconstruction are small, close-knit crew that values culture over ego and progress over politics.
