you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel, leading and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the business.Your responsibilities will include:Leading daily venue operationsSupervising and developing team membersDelivering exceptional customer serviceEnsuring compliance with liquor, gaming and workplace proceduresMaintaining high presentation and operational standardsAssisting with opening, closing and cash management proceduresSupporting the leadership team to achieve operational and financial objectivesYou'll gain exposure across all areas of the venue, including:Public BarBistroGaming RoomDrive Thru Bottle ShopFunctionsAbout YouYou are an enthusiastic hospitality professional who leads by example and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.You will have:Previous Duty Manager or hospitality leadership experience in a busy hotel or licensed venueOutstanding customer service and communication skillsStrong leadership and people management abilitiesA positive, hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving skillsThe ability to remain calm and organised under pressureGaming experience (highly regarded)Essential RequirementsCurrent RMLV CertificateCurrent RSG CertificateAvailability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekendsApproved Manager's Licence (desirable)
