This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.Collaborate: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and solid relationship building:Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance.
With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours.
And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standardsWhat You'll Bring:Previous merchandising experience would be highly desirable but not essentialDemonstrated high standards of oral,



and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer baseProven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work autonomouslyDemonstrated time management and organisational skillsSome regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarterA reliable vehicle is required, and kilometre reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travelTerritory – South Sydney/Metro and surroundsWhy Join ITW?
