National Poly is part of the Kingspan Group, which has manufacturing plants across 11 sites in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA.For over 20 years the company has produced durable, UV-stabilised, food‐grade storage systems designed to handle the harshest Australian climate extreme.As the Logistics Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:Coordinating all deliveries as per customer requirementsProviding weekly updates to customers on tank delivery datesPlanning production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacityCommunicating effectively with customers via their preferred method of communicationCoordinating the Delivery Capacity Chart to ensure volumes and percentages meet expectationsAct as an escalation point for complex or difficult logistic issuesAbout YouExperience in customer service and communicationEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritiseAbility to change,
