With job demand growing, they are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their Sales team.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide tailored window and door replacement quotes.Some of your responsibilities will include:Conducting in-home consultations and accurately measuring windows and doors for manufacturingAttending pre-booked appointments with residential customers across the Perth metropolitan areaRecommending suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and preferencesAchieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company's ongoing successMaintaining accurate records within the company CRM and email systemDelivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales processPreparing and presenting quotations in a timely mannerAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous sales experience, ideally within building, construction, home improvement, or a related industryStrong, confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyA skilled, customer-focused approach and confidence in closing salesThe ability to work independently while contributing as part of a teamBasic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred)Self-motivation with excellent time management skillsA current C Class Driver's LicenceWhat's in it for You?
