Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week on a rotating roster)Remuneration: $*****- $***** per hour, dependent on experience(Registered Nurse Level 1 Above Award, Nurses Award ****).
ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled competent care to clientsProvide information and education to enable people to make decisionsSupervise and when appropriate delegate care to EN's, AIN's, student nurses and other healthcare workersDevelop,



review and maintain nursing care plans and other health recordsMonitor and evaluate nursing care providedIdentify areas of care for escalation to meet the changing needs of clientsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamCollect and report on the clinical information of clientsDocument all care according to policyParticipate in regular handoversLiaise with parents and carers where necessaryReport incidents and hazardsFlexibility: Availability to work across the weekEnthusiasm: A compassionate and positive attitudeTeamwork: Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse groups and work in a multidisciplinary teamCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions as required and modify tasks for optimal patient careTime Management: Ability to prioritise responsibilitiesQualificationsCurrent Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA) as a Registered NurseWorking with Children CheckNDIS Workers CheckPolice CheckDCJ CheckFirst Aid & CPR CertificateExperience as a Registered Nurse in an acute or disability care settingExperience working with children and young adults with complex medical needs and/or chronic illness.Benefits of Working with UsSalary packaging to maximise your earningsCareer progression to advance and develop your skillsSupportive teamOpportunity to make a difference in the lives of othersApplications close on Friday 7 August at 5:00pm.
