Hybrid role - 3 days in the office.This role is responsible for reviewing and adjudicating warranty approvals and dealer claims, while providing skilled support to dealer networks and ensuring compliance with OEM warranty policies.Key responsibilitiesReview, assess and adjudicate work approvalrequests and warranty claimsApply OEM warranty policies and repair procedures accurately and consistentlyProcess, approve,



adjust or decline claims within the OEM warranty systemProvide support and guidance to dealers on claim submissionIdentify trends and opportunities for process or system improvementExperience & skillsAutomotive OEM or dealership experience and a strong understanding of warranty processesHigh attention to detail and strong time-management skillsConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to work autonomously and collaborativelyProficient in Microsoft Office 365This is an opportunity to join leading OEM in the automotive industry with a collaborative & supportive culture to see you achieve success.Salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.This role is open to Australian Citizens, Residents, or those with full work rights in Australia.Please note: We can not accept international applications, sponsorship, visas etc.
