We evolve and innovateCommunity: We make the connectionKey AccountabilitiesSupervise and coordinate all front‐of‐house food and beverage operations during evening service.Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.Welcome guests, handle enquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Monitor service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.Manage shift rosters, staff allocations, and break schedules as required.Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end‐of‐shift reporting.Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and communication.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering processes.Support the Restaurant Manager with operational and administrative tasks and perform any other duties as directed.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader,



or similar hospitality role.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Key AttributesA hands‐on leader who leads by example.Passionate about hospitality and customer service.Reliable, professional, and well‐presented.Flexible with availability for night and weekend work.Committed to creating a positive team culture and memorable guest experiences.Qualifications & RequirementsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.Food Safety certification (desirable).
