Logistics Administrator | Major Earthworks Project | FIFO 2/1 Roster | 30% FIFO Uplift
Support the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure project through effective logistics coordination and administration.
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a major earthworks project, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of materials, equipment, personnel movements and site logistics.
Working closely with the Project Team, Plant, Procurement and Site Operations teams, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics activities and supporting the efficient delivery of project requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented administrator looking to be part of a large-scale civil infrastructure project.
About the Role
As the Logistics Administrator, you will:
Provide administrative support to the project logistics functionCoordinate deliveries, transport movements and site requirementsMaintain accurate records for plant, materials, equipment and documentationAssist with purchase orders, invoices and supplier communicationSupport mobilisation and demobilisation activitiesLiaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure requirements are metManage registers, reports and logistics documentationAssist with travel, accommodation and workforce movement coordinationEnsure compliance with project processes, systems and safety requirementsProvide general administrative support to the wider project team
About You
You will bring:
Previous experience in a logistics,



project administration or construction support roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working on civil, construction, mining or infrastructure projects is highly regardedStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office and project administration systemsA proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
