The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality surface preparation, spray painting and finishing works in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer specifications and workplace safety requirements.
Staff Benefits: Stable full-time employmentSupportive and experienced workshop teamOngoing skills development opportunitiesModern equipment and well-equipped workshopDuties and Responsibilities: Preparing vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking and priming prior to paintingMixing and matching paints to achieve accurate colour finishes in line with manufacturer specificationsApplying primer, base coats and clear coats using spray painting equipmentRepairing minor panel imperfections and ensuring smooth surface finishesRemoving and refitting vehicle components where required to facilitate paintingConducting quality checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship and finishMaintaining spray booths, tools and equipment in a clean and safe conditionFollowing workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and environmental regulationsCoordinating with panel beaters and other workshop staff to ensure timely job completionAbout You:
