Credit Corp Group is seeking a Customer Care Officer for External Dispute Resolution.
You will manage a portfolio of disputes across Australia and New Zealand, guiding investigations and recommendations to achieve fair, timely outcomes with AFCA and OAIC involvement.You will work in a hybrid setup, handle communications, and support policy improvements while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.
A law degree is desirable, with 3–5 years in dispute resolution preferred.
