This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong customer focus, proven staff management skills, and the ability to create and maintain a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all front of house operations within the bistroLead, train, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality serviceOversee rostering, shift management,
