You'll be responsible for maintaining building services, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing contractors.




You'll also oversee the performance of technical and material handling equipment, the OSR, and all associated technical components to meet high standards and cost targets.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and upgrade needsManage and document all preventative maintenance activitiesEnsure proper functioning of security, CCTV, and fire safety systemsReview and adjust maintenance plans with the National Facilities ManagerProvide on-call support and manage after-hours emergenciesCoordinate with internal teams and contractors to deliver cost-effective maintenance aligned with business goalsMHE maintenance and lifecycle support oversightKey contact with business park landlord and contractorsCapex/Opex and invoicingFacilitate internal and external audits for compliance systems in relation to safety and CSO obligationsWhat you'll bring:Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing industryExperience in Facilities / Maintenance Management in automated industrial sites (preferred)HVAC, BMS and cool room PM servicing monitoring (experience in these will be advantageous)Involvement in Business Unit Review,



CSO compliance, and external audits.Tracking and management of budgets and cost goalsProven ability to streamline maintenance and resolve infrastructure issues with full consideration of economic efficiencyBasic knowledge of warehousing processesStrong Excel, attention to detail, and time management skillsCustomer-focused with the ability to engage effectively at all levelsBuilds strong working relationships to support goal achievementSelf-driven with keen attention to detail and excellent time managementWhy us?
