We are looking for an ambitious, community-focused Club Manager to lead the launch of our new Snap Fitness club in Morayfield.
The Club Manager coming onboard will be the foundation of the business with a real opportunity to set the tone.You'll lead the club's pre-opening campaign ahead of our planned late-November opening.
You will build local awareness, grow the founding membership base, recruit the team and create a welcoming club culture from day one.This is more than an opportunity to manage an established gym.

Your role will be to bring the club to life.The OpportunitySnap Fitness provides established systems, training, marketing resources and the backing of a recognised international fitness brand.We are looking for someone who will embrace that support while taking genuine ownership of the club's performance, culture and connection with the community.Leading the pre-opening sales and community-engagement campaign,



including creating socials contentGenerating and converting founding membership enquiriesBuilding relationships with residents, businesses and community groupsRecruiting, onboarding and leading the club teamCreating an inclusive, energetic and community-focused club cultureDriving membership growth, retention and member engagementManaging club operations, budgets, reporting and performance KPIsCoordinating local marketing, partnerships, events and activationsMaintaining an exceptional standard of presentation and member serviceContinuing to identify new ways to grow the club and its local impactAbout YouYou may already be an experienced Club Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Membership Manager or high-performing fitness professional who is ready to step up.You will bring:Strong sales, leadership and relationship-building skillsThe confidence to work autonomously and make decisionsA hands-on approach and willingness to take responsibility for resultsCommercial awareness and confidence working towards performance targetsThe ability to recruit, motivate and develop a robust teamEnergy, resilience and excellent organisational skillsA genuine interest in building a community, not simply selling membershipsA passion for delivering an outstanding member experienceExperience in, or understanding of, human resource and work health and safety processesMinimum Certificate III in Fitness, Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and police/working with children checkExperience in fitness-club management, new-club presales or business development will be highly regarded.
