We are a community-based disability support provider supporting high-school aged and young adults living all over Sydney.You will be supporting participants from Western Sydney to Hornsby, Castle Hill, Inner West, and North Shore and upper North Shore.Having your own reliable car is a requirement for this position as we are include pick up and drop off in our support days.At Champions Life Skills, we focus on providing social, recreational and community participation opportunities to our participants as well as building life skills.Find out more about us on Facebook (Champions Life Skills) and Instagram (@ChampionsLifeSkills)!
