ONSITE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Onsite Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage full workforce operations at our client's state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the right talent is recruited, retained, and performing to the highest standards to support a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of onsite workforce operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, performance management, and meeting KPIs in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure workforce alignment with operational needs.
Manage daily attendance, timekeeping, and shift coverage, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
Monitor and report on individual and team performance against KPIs.
Implement and maintain performance improvement plans where required.
Foster a positive and productive onsite culture through engagement and consistent communication.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to align workforce solutions with site requirements.
Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on attendance, attrition, and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across staffing and workforce processes.
What You Bring: Experience in onsite workforce or account management within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments Strong recruitment and performance management background Proficiency in managing attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently under pressure.
