We are seeking experienced Leading Hands with a strong background in civil construction, particularly earthworks and pavements, to help deliver this high-profile project.Reporting to the Supervisor, you will lead self-performing crews and coordinate subcontractors to safely deliver earthworks, pavement and drainage works across multiple work fronts.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work alongside your team while maintaining productivity, quality and safety standards.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead and supervise civil construction crews on site.Coordinate self-performing teams and subcontractors across multiple work fronts.Deliver earthworks, pavement and associated civil works to program.Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.Liaise with Supervisors, Engineers and Project Management.Maintain high standards of quality,
