We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused operator to join our busy recycling site.What you'll be doing:Controlling the intake bay (managing truck flow for tipping)Pushing up materials into stockpilesLoading material into open-topped semi-trailersMust be physically capable of climbing in and out of machines repeatedlyGeneral housekeeping & maintaining secure site conditionsCompleting dockets & paperworkPolice check and fitness test requiredWhat you need:Driver LicenceStrong work ethic & reliabilityAble to handle physical workFEL experience a bonus (not essential!)Hours: Training 8am-4pm → 5am-1pm once competent Mon-Fri + occasional weekends Long-term role with permanent opportunityImmediate start available - ready to interview/trial NOW
