Every guest experience is personal, memorable, and shaped by a passionate team who bring the building's rich history to life through service.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and service-focused Duty Manager to join our Front Office leadership team.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the key point of contact on shift, ensuring smooth daily operations across reception, reservations and guest services.
You'll lead by example, supporting the team to deliver seamless, personalised experiences from arrival through to departure.Working in a quick-paced boutique environment, you'll balance operational leadership with guest engagement,
helping to create a warm and memorable stay experience for every guest.In this role, you will:Lead daily front office operations as shift leader across all guest touchpointsSupport and coach the team to deliver consistently high service standardsManage guest feedback and service recovery with confidence and careOversee reservations accuracy and support revenue performanceEnsure clear communication and coordination across hotel departmentsContribute to a positive, collaborative and guest-focused team cultureAssist with rostering and day-to-day operational planningProvide flexible support across hotel operations when requiredQualificationsWe're looking for someone who brings:2–4 years' experience in hotel operations with leadership exposureStrong passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiencesConfident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyCalm, adaptable and solution-focused approach in a busy environmentWorking knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Cloud or similar preferred)Availability for a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
