This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility in North Narrabeen NSW ****.
As a Spray Painter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, delivering high-quality paint finishes to vehicles that have been damaged or are undergoing restoration.
This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive repair industry and ensuring customer satisfaction with every job we complete.What you'll be doingPrepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, cleaning and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesionApply paint coatings using spray equipment, ensuring consistent colour matching and coverage across all vehicle panelsInspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups or repainting as necessary to meet quality standardsMix paint and other coating materials according to manufacturer specifications and colour requirementsMaintain and clean spray painting equipment, including guns, compressors and ventilation systemsAdhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materialsCollaborate with other members of the repair team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobsDocument work completed and maintain accurate records of paint used and time spent on each vehicleWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Spray Painter in the automotive repair or panel beating industryStrong knowledge of paint systemsProficiency in colour matching and the ability to achieve consistent,
